Steve Campbell
He is survived by his sister Sara (Gayle), his children Ginny (Jason), Chris (Sandra) and Mike (Katie)
and his grandchildren Tavish, Charlotte, Liam, Noah, Beckett, Aniston, and Jovie;
and predeceased by his parents Marion and Don Campbell and brother Rick (Marjory).
Steve was well-known for his love of Prince Edward County, which he showcased through his writing in his beloved County Magazine,
regular newspaper contributions and his many books and stories. A "County Boy" through and through,
he cherished his life in Bloomfield, Cherry Valley & Picton.
Growing up in Bloomfield, music, family and laughter were staples at the Campbell family farm.
All anyone can ask for in this world is to leave no words unsaid, and he put every word he had into the world.
He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
In the words of Steve's favourite artist, John Lennon:
"Count your age by friends, not years. Count your life by smiles, not tears."
Friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service in his honour
in the Highline Hall at the Wellington & District Community Centre, 111 Belleville Street, Wellington
