Penny Cole

With heavy hearts we announce the sudden passing of our beloved
Penny Cole
on June 23rd, 2025.
Although she is greatly missed, we know she is at rest.

A cherished daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend.

Penny leaves behind her mother Lucy, siblings Gary (Annie), Dale (Donna), Lisa (Paul) and her many nieces and nephews, her children Bruce (Teresa), Adam, Wade (Chris), Sara (Kelly) and TJ (Julia) and she will be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Tristan, Isabella, Scarlett, Macauley, Jaidyn and Charlie. Beyond her family, Penny leaves behind many wonderful friends and colleagues who she always made feel like extended family.

Penny spent much of her time taking care of others and being a hub for events, gatherings and opportunities to share in her mildly competitive love of sports. She knew that good food and drink and an excellent deck were all that was needed to have a laugh or a cry and make memories that will stay with us all.

Although our hearts are filled with sorrow, we know that she is at peace and rejoined with her beloved husband Charlie Cole.

As per her wishes, Penny's cremation has taken place and a celebration of life is being planned for later this summer at Quinte's Isle Campark.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to the many people who have reached out since her passing to offer condolences

and fond memories.

In lieu of flowers, Penny would have appreciated memorial donations to The Prince Edward County Memorial Hospital in Picton,

who gave a valiant effort for Penny in her time of need.
