It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden
passing of Pam at Belleville General Hospital
at the age of 79
with Tammy and Clint by her side.
Daughter of the late Lovina and Arthur Franklin.
Sister of the late Marilyn Jacklyn.
Special Aunt to Wendy, Roxy, Shelley and the late Ricky Jacklyn.
Cherished mother to Tammy (Jim) of Stirling and Clint (Kim) of Belleville.
Loving Oma to Gabriel Burns and Luke, Sam, Jack and Faith Orr.
Pam will be dearly missed by her long-time friends and neighbours and her little dog, Daisy Mae.
Pam loved crafts of all kinds, specifically card making, reading, playing board games (Yahtzee was a favourite) with friends and family.
A Graveside Service with be held at the Wellington Cemetery on July 14th, 2026 at 11:00 am
followed by a luncheon at St. Andrew’s Anglican Church in Wellington from 12:00 to 2:00 pm.
The family would like to thank the staff at Belleville General Hospital for their excellent care.
