Fleda 'Colleen' McKenzie
March 17, 1938 – July 28, 2026
Colleen passed away at Picton Hospital at the age of 88,
on Tuesday, July 28th, 2026 with her family by her side.
Colleen leaves behind her loving husband of 65 years Bill McKenzie,
her son Doug McKenzie, her daughter Kelly Reid (Jim)
and her grandchildren Jacquie Lepp (Chris), Connor Lepp (Aimee), Morgan Lepp (Yajaira), Nick Bedard-Reid (Pam),
Alex Bedard-Reid (Kieran) and Carolanne Bedard-Reid (Jeremie).
She is survived by her brothers Murray Yandt (late Thelma) and Blaine Yandt (Connie).
Predeceased by her parents Bill and Margeurite (nee Hubbs) Yandt and sister Leanne Yandt.
She will be sadly missed by her many friends and relatives.
Colleen’s loving and caring heart touched many. Her smile and laughter infectious.
Her gifts were unconditional. Her door was always open and welcoming.
We will miss her dearly.
A Graveside Service will be held at the Wellington Cemetery
on Saturday, August 1st at 11:00 a.m.
Immediately following the interment, a reception will be held at the
Wellington Elks Lodge in Allisonville where friends can gather with the family to
celebrate Colleen from 12:00 – 2:00 p.m.
