Roger Ruckstuhl

Roger Ruckstuhl
February 7th, 1955 - May 15th, 2026
Passed peacefully at home, after a long battle with cancer.

Born in Belleville Ont. and raised in Corbyville, Ont.

Roger was the only son of the late Louis H. Ruckstuhl and Annie (Burley) Ruckstuhl.
He also was predeceased by his two sisters, Sandra Ruckstuhl  and Linda (Wm.) McCaffrey.

Roger was devoted to his loving wife Trisha, and so very proud of his 3 children, Jordyn (Jayson) Thompson, of B.C.

Landon (Mary) Ruckstuhl of Shannonville, and Cogan Ruckstuhl of B.C.  He is survived by his two sisters, Carol (Bob) Marshall of Madoc

and Andrea (Gord) Rexe of Shannonville  Ont.  Roger was the proud and loving "Papa" of Emmett, Rylan, Parker, Brynn, Kameryn, Sam and Aisley.

He enjoyed every moment he had to spend with them and he always had room for more hugs.

Roger’s love of machinery, and Shop classes in high school, lead him into a 45-year devotion to the Union.  Local 401, Kingston, Ont.

He took great pride in this accomplishment and made great bonds and relationships, over the years, some intact to his last days.

Never afraid to stand up for the little guy, he would take their word for truth, unless proven otherwise.  He loved his work and rarely

did he ever miss a day away from it.

In keeping with Roger's wishes, cremation has taken place,

there will be a Celebration of Life for this amazing man, in the near future,

and we encourage anyone who knew him and loved him, to attend.

Roger always had an open heart to those in need, and warm conversation for his family and friends.

We will repost with details in the coming weeks when arrangements are finalized.

Arrangements in the care of the
Ainsworth Funeral Home, 288 Noxon Avenue, Wellington.
